Winsor Review Update

Following the decision of the Home Secretary that she wishes all the proposals contained in the Winsor Review to move forward to the Police Negotiating Board and the Police Advisory Board as a matter of urgency, we have written to the Chief Constable and the Chair of North Yorkshire Police Authority. In the letters, which are listed below, we have asked them for reassurance that they support any savings resulting from the Winsor proposals being retained and redistributed within police pay.
